Pass or punch card will need to be activated within 3 months of purchase. Passes expire 1 year from the date of activation.
No refunds on any memberships, punch passes, day passes, or gear rentals. Memberships will be cancelled upon request. We do not refund or prorate past payments based on cancellation.
Punch passes may only be used by one single person and cannot be shared among multiple people. If punch visits are not used by time of expiration they cannot be used any longer. No exceptions. Thanks for understanding!
If a recurring membership is cancelled before the first recurring payment, a small fee will be charged to make up the difference between a recurring membership price and a single month membership price. Thanks for understanding!
